Classic arcade games, pinball machines, and gaming consoles for some competitive fun! Head to YESTERcades with just your date OR grab a group of friends for an especially fun double/triple/quadruple date!
2. Restaurant Lorena's (Maplewood)
For me to only include ONE restaurant on this list is a major feat but I was committed to keeping this list a little more "out of the box." Going out to dinner is an obvious date night choice but Lorena's offers more of a dining experience than your average evening out. French, seasonally-inspired, and quaint, it's a romantic option for a special night.
3. Board and Brush (Livingston)
Get creative and come home from Board and Brush with a wooden home decoration you made together! How special is that?!
4. Gravity Vault (Chatham)
An indoor climbing gym with over 15,000 square feet of climbable surface, Gravity Vault offers a fun opportunity to get out of your comfort zone together, which is always a fun bonding experience.
5. Healthy Italia (Madison)
Don't count on this one for Valentine's Day this year - a quick browse on their website will reveal all their offerings near V-Day are sold out already! But the fact that they're already sold out is a great testament to what a fun date night you can have here at any time of year! In my opinion, a cooking class is an especially fun date night because you leave with a new skill that you can enjoy together, maybe on a night when you can't make it out of the house for a date but want to do something special at home together.
