Description

The Department of Community Programs is hosting its second annual Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month event on Saturday, May 18, 2024. The free event will be from 4 PM to 10 PM on the Village Green. All citizens are invited to attend to celebrate and learn about AAPI culture.

The entertainment stage will feature performances. The event will also include a Holi celebration and a ceremony to honor the accomplishments of the AAPI community. Food will be available for purchase.

Several community organizations will set up displays highlighting aspects of AAPI culture, with heritage showcases, outdoor games, and other activities.
