Come and march in the Summit PAL Halloween Parade. Join the police, fire department and EMS team, as spectators line the parade route to watch costumed families make their way through downtown Summit.
Parade begins at 25 Deforest Ave and ends at the Village Green. Line-up here by 2:45PM
Sweet treats, giveaways, games and entertainment, costume contest. Entertainment til 5pm!
