Located one minute from downtown South Orange, registration is now open for Mickey Fried Summer Camp. Offering camp for six weeks, beginning June 20th through July 28th from 9am-12pm. One to five day a week enrollments are available. Camp is open to all children aged 2 ½-3 years old.
Mickey Fried Summer Camp boasts an interactive, fenced-in playground with a classic structure that includes a fire truck with fire station playhouse and a train with crawl tunnel to encourage physical fitness, imagination and social skills. There’s also a 6’x6’ sandbox with plenty of toys. A shaded picnic area offers children the opportunity to sit, rest and grab a drink before going back to play with their new friends.
On the hot summer days, we cool down with water activities such as sprinklers and activity tables that help develop fine and gross motor skills while having so much fun.
Inside our bright, air-conditioned classrooms our professional early childhood teachers lead storytime and collaborative music classes with age-appropriate instruments. Let us handle the messy art projects! We paint, glue, color, build and sculpt artistic crafts every day allowing campers to express their creativity. Each week has different themed activities to continuously pique their interest.
