Their skillset lends itself beautifully to the tasks we have at Beloved Bath, from making soaps and candles to packaging items. They take great pride in their work, and they help us create our best-selling line of products.” Pam added, “Individuals with autism provide an untapped pool of talent and contribute to our business in so many ways. We believe it is so important to highlight their potential!
Pam and Pat have also recently launched the Beloved Bath Charitable Foundation, which serves to improve the lives of adults with autism and related disabilities. Donations support:

- education, training, and mentoring of businesses that have a goal to integrate people with autism and other developmental disabilities into their workforce
- awarding of grants or mentorships to families and to organizations that have started businesses with the purpose of autism employment
- the delivery of programming for adults and emerging adults to provide them with skills that are transferable to the workforce.
- the delivery of programs for parents and stakeholders about topics related to employment and adult life for those with disabilities.
About Beloved Bath
Beloved Bath owners, Pam Kattouf and Pat Miller, first met each other on the playground over 20 years ago - before their sons were diagnosed with autism. Beloved Bath began in 2017 when they discovered the magic of relaxing salt and lavender baths. Their sons were more calm, centered and happy after a soak. The boys enjoyed making the bath mixtures as well. At the time, Pam and Pat were were keenly aware that job opportunities for adults with autism were scarce. They wanted to start something for their sons and realized this was it! It was important to them to amplify their impact by creating a company with the mission of meaningful employment for people with autism. Beloved Bath proudly employs people with autism and provides vocational training opportunities with partner schools.
