It's officially the holiday season and I can't think of a more appropriate and socially-distanced way to celebrate than one of our favorites every year which is driving around to look at the decorations!
At least once a year for both Halloween and Christmas, I take my own kids to the McDonald's drive-through (yep, you read that right) and then we drive around aimlessly looking for holiday decorations while they eat their dinner in the car. It's important to also have a great holiday playlist going while you're on the hunt! Half the time we don't even find any decorations at all which is why, this year, I put out some feelers in our local Facebook groups to find out all the good spots!
Before you head out, be sure to print out some car BINGO cards so you can check things off as you see them!
*Note: I have not personally been to most of these yet (as of 12/8/20) and thus cannot personally vouch for the accuracy of this list, but I thought since I got all these responses I should share with all of you! I wish it was more specific and that I could guarantee accuracy but you'll just have to make a hunt out of it! Even if you don't find tons of great decorations, the kids will definitely remember it as a special night!
