Hello Everyone,

Happy Autumn! It's that time of year when the weather is lovely and very conducive to outdoor activities as it's not too hot, not too cold and there's a slight, crisp Autumn breeze in the air. With this in mind I have lots of outdoor events to tell you about as well as some indoor activities for when you're ready to come out of the sun; so let's get right to the highlights:

First up is a ticket giveaway to see Sesame Street Live "Elmo Makes Music" at the Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown.  It's a fun filled show for the toddlers in your family and it's on October 3rd (during the Rosh Hashanah holidays), please click here for more information.

Next we have 3 events on Sunday in the heart of some of the lovely towns in our area:
This Weekend is also a good time to take a hayride at a local farm and go apple or pumpkin picking.  Please be sure to check out the updated Macaroni Kid Pick- Your-Own Guide to find fun farms in our area.

Finally, I am delighted to welcome our new sponsor, The Funplex in East Hanover.  The Funplex is a very unique indoor amusement center with Go-Karts, Lazer Tag, Bumper Cars, a 4D Theater and more.  Check them out and please tell them you heard about them on Macaroni Kid (click logo on the right)!

Don't forget to scroll down from the homepage for each day's events, and
keep checking the Event Calendar for updates, and please 'like us' on Facebook for other highlights and contests!

Have a great week,
Liz

*A word about our sponsors, they keep Macaroni Kid alive and ticking, but also the sponsors of Macaroni Kid Summit Short Hills SOMA are all businesses I’ve researched and believe in as I strive to tell you about the best places in the area from parent to parent.
